Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage
We ship anywhere in the world. Delivery and shipping times depend on location and the type of order requested. Fast shipping is available by air, with charges varying accordingly.

Shipping Time
For our manufactured cards without printing:

• Bangalore: Next-day delivery
• Mysore & Hyderabad: 2 days

Some cards are sourced from external vendors, and in such cases, shipping may take 5 to 7 days.

If printing is required, additional time is needed:

• During peak season: 8-10 days after matter approval
• Off-season: Printing may be completed earlier, but we recommend planning your wedding card orders accordingly.

Shipping Days
We ship from Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders are sent via reliable delivery partners to ensure safety and timely arrival. While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability or other factors.

Receiving Your Order
If you notice damaged packaging or suspect tampering, do not accept the delivery. Contact Customer Care with your order reference number for a replacement. Replacements will be delivered at the earliest based on availability.

Invoice & Pricing
All shipments (including gifts) will include an invoice with prices, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
